Most orders are processed within 24hrs. We may require up to four (4) business days to process and deliver your order. Any nationwide orders placed after "Wednesday" will not be shipped until the following Monday to ensure prompt delivery.
Our commitment is to provide you with the freshest possible product at all times. Live, fresh juice must be treated with the utmost care and diligence in preparation.
For shipping, we use lightweight PET plastic which is BPA free, recyclable, and completely clear for total visibility of your juice. The FDA expressed "some concern" about the potential effects of BPA on the brain, behavior, and prostate glands in fetuses, infants, and young children.
Due to weather conditions or other delays, your package may arrive after the estimated time. Just make sure you refrigerate your juices as soon as possible and keep them unopened until you are ready to drink them. We are unable to issue shipping refunds due to carrier delays.
We recommend that you start your cleanse on the day the juices are delivered to ensure freshness. If you are not expecting to be home at the time of delivery, you can leave a message instructing us to leave the package at your door, porch, with neighbors or wherever you think it will be safe. If a code is needed to enter a gated complex, please provide that in the address line.
United States Postal Service or USPS boxes are used for shipping. Our large shipper can ship up to 12 bottles. Shipment boxes are insulated and shipped with ice packs.
